Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 15 April 2024, it purchased 4,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 411.0 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 411.0 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 411.0 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Liberum Capital Limited.
The number of shares purchased represented 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
