Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that Philip Machray, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Machray purchased 32,000 Ordinary Shares on 7 May 2024 and a further 93,000 Ordinary Shares on 8 May 2024, both at a price of 63.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr. Machray has an interest in 271,546 Ordinary Shares representing 1.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
