The Company was notified on 4 December 2025 of the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the Company under the Wickes Group Plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("SAYE") by David Wood on 4 December 2025. The options were granted in October 2022 with an exercise price of £1.04 and vested on 1 December 2025 in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme following the completion of the relevant savings contract. The shares acquired have been retained by David Wood.
