In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R (2), Gamma notes that Charlotta Ginman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director designate of XP Power Limited from 1 January 2026. On joining XP Power Limited, Charlotta will also be appointed as a member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Audit Committees.
