Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
ASOS announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2025. In addition, the Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday 22 January 2026 at the Company's registered office at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London, NW1 7FB. The Notice of AGM ("Notice") has also been published today and both the Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and the Notice will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications today.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and the Notice are available on the Company's website at https://www.asosplc.com/investors.
In accordance with UKLR 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
· Annual Report and Accounts 2025; and
· Notice of Annual General Meeting.
