Bellevue Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the special resolution put forward at its General Meeting held earlier today was passed, authorising the Company to make purchases of its own shares in order to support the continued operation of the Zero Discount Policy.
The text of the resolution is continued in the shareholder circular (the "Circular"), which is available on the Company's website at www.bellevuehealthcaretrust.com

Update on Strategic Review
Further to the announcement of the results of the Company's strategic review and the Board's intention to appoint Columbia Threadneedle Investments as the Company's investment manager, the Board is continuing to make progress on the detailed proposals to be put to shareholders for approval, and is consulting with current and prospective new investors in the Company. The Board now expects to publish a circular with full details of the proposals, including a notice convening a general meeting, in the early part of next year.
