BOARD MEETING other than financial results
This is to inform you that 258th Meeting of the Board of Directors of United Bank Limited (UBL) will be held on Thursday 18 December 2025 at Karachi at 10:00 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Budget of UBL for the year 2026.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 11 December 2025 to 18 December 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
