Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and Persons Closely Associated with them ("PCAs")
The Company provides notification of the following transactions relating to the interests of the below named PDMR and their PCA in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Share(s)") (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21). The transactions arise as a result of the PDMR's exercise of matured options under the Company's Sharesave plan to acquire Shares in the Company, and the immediate transfer of Shares to their spouse.
