WH Ireland Group PLC - London-based broker and wealth manager - Creates new Debt Capital Markets business which will sit alongside its existing Equity Capital Markets and Private Growth Capital units. WH Ireland says it recently completed its first DCM transaction, as joint lead manager to EnQuest PLC following the launch of its sterling denominated 9% guaranteed retail eligible notes, which successfully raised £133 million.
