Harry Hyman, CEO of FTSE 250-listed REIT (real estate investment trust) Primary Health Properties (PHP) has bought 74,890 shares at a total value of £68,862.40 on 9 April.

Hyman’s move comes after research firm Peel Hunt gave Primary Health Properties a bullish rating after reporting a strong set of full year results.

The REIT reported net rental income of £149.3 million for 2023, a 5.5% increase from £141.5 million in 2022.

BANGO CEO SNAPS UP £20,013 SHARES

Paul Larbey, CEO of one-click payments firm Bango (BGO:AIM) has bought 16,472 shares at 121p for a total value of £20,013 on 11 April.

Following this share purchase, Larbey has a total beneficial interest in 64,499 ordinary shares in the company, equivalent to 0.08% of the company’s issued share capital.

Year-to-date Bango shares have taken a bit of battering falling by over 41%. Larbey may be taking advantage of this fall with his latest move.

Cambridge-based Bango recently reported strong growth in 2023 with revenue up 88% to $20.3 million in line with management expectations.

LITERACY CAPITAL DIRECTOR BUYS £87,675 SHARES

Christopher Sellers, independent director at London-listed investment firm Literacy Capital (BOOK) has bought 17,500 shares at 501p for a total value of £87,675 on 9 April.

Sellers who joined the company in February 2019.

The London-listed investment firm recently reported solid full year results for the year ending 31 December 2023.

Highlights included two new platform investments, £46.3 million cash received in the 12-month period and £33.6 million cash invested in aggregate in 2023.

Over the past year Literacy Capital shares have gained 24%.
