Michael Rosenberg

Michael Rosenberg, Non-Executive Chairman - Starcom Systems (STAR)

Michael's career began with Samuel Montagu, where he joined the board in 1971. In 1974 he left the bank to co-found a health care business. This was acquired by the National Enterprise Board in 1979. Michael was one of the founders of TVAM in 1982. He was one of the founders of Numis Securities Ltd and was chairman until 1999. He has been a non-executive director of PILAT Global Media, Dori Media, and Amiad Water Systems. He is Chairman of the Catalyst Media Group.

Stephen Streater

Russ was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 16 July 2013 having originally joined Innovations as Chief Investment Officer in September 2006.  Prior to that, he was director in the Information Technology Group of Scottish Equity Partners.  Before joining Scottish Equity Partners, Russ worked at 3i Group plc as a director in their UK Technology Group. Russ previously worked at Rolls-Royce Motors as a development engineer, following graduating with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

John Aldersey-Williams

After technical, commercial and financial roles in the upstream oil business, including a period in investment banking, he founded Redfield Consulting, a commercial consultancy in the low-carbon energy space. He has been with SeaEnergy for six years, initially in a business development role and, since 2012, as Chief Executive. He was also a Director of the European Marine Energy Centre from 2005-2009.

Phil Reason

Phil is an experienced chief executive who has developed a number of IT businesses in the life sciences and nuclear industries, organically and through acquisition. He joined Instem’s former parent company in 1982 and was appointed Managing Director of the Life Sciences division in 1995 and CEO following a demerger in 1998. Given the importance of the North American market to Instem’s organic and acquisitive growth, Phil relocated from the UK to the US in 2003, establishing a new headquarters in the Philadelphia area.

Patrick Walker

In 2013 Patrick joined UK-based Multi-Channel Network (MCN) Base79 as its Chief Content Officer tasked with finding new partners and helping them, and Base79’s existing clients succeed in a global, multi-device, multi-platform online video market. Following Rightster’s acquisition of Base79 in July 2014, Patrick joined Rightster’s Executive Team as Chief Commercial Officer taking on responsibilities for Rightster’s global content and commercial partnerships.  Patrick succeeded Charlie Muirhead as CEO in January 2015. 

Timothy Cornelius

He has a broad understanding of global power and commodities markets and has a unique ability to draw on experience gained in the field to apply to investment decisions requiring a high level of technical, financial and legal scrutiny.
