XPS Pensions Group PLC - Reading, England-based pensions consulting and administration firm - Sees revenue grow 14% year on year in six months to September 30. Notes, excluding bolt-on acquisitions, organic revenue growth of 13% in first half. Advisory revenues grew 15%, while National Pensions Trust business was flat. Co-Chief Executive Paul Cuff says first half of the year has been ‘pleasing’.

IG Design Group PLC- Buckinghamshire-based consumer gift packaging and stationery - Says both of the divisions, DG Americas and DG International, sees strong trading in six months ended September 30. ‘As a result, the group’s sales, profits, margins and cash flow are expected to be significantly improved on the same period last year, and also ahead of the Board’s expectation for the period,’ it adds. Notes this is mainly due to many customers have brought forward their seasonal ordering so as to avoid the supply chain challenges. Sees full year to March 31, 2023, to have a strong first half weighting, but overall will remain in line with the board’s expectations for the year as a whole.

C4X Discovery Holdings PLC - Manchester-based developer of drug discoveries - Signs research collaboration with Shanghai-listed HitGen Inc to identify novel, small molecule hits against an inflammatory target for further C4XD development. ‘The aim of the project is to augment C4XD’s growing pipeline of small molecule inflammatory disease candidates for pre-clinical development and out-licensing to the pharmaceutical industry,’ it explains.

CleanTech Lithium PLC - Jersey-based lithium exploration and development company focused on Chile - Proposes placing to raise about £10 million in placing priced at 47 pence each. Says placing will be used to help develop three assets in Chile. Notes it IPO’d in March this year.

Asiamet Resources Ltd - developing copper-gold deposits in Indonesia, including BKM deposit in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia - Considering viability of installing a new transmission line to provide grid power to the BKM site. ‘Senior representatives of Indonesian State Electricity Co have indicated a high level of support for the development of the new transmission line and the additional power consumption this will deliver to Central Kalimantan due to there being an excess of power available in the province,’ it adds. Notes it is also considering additional options of power supply for the BKM project.
