Chief Human Resources Officer Jon Fogle sells 106,305 shares, retaining a holding of 60,346 shares. Chief Scientific Officer Christian Heidbreder sells 134,408 shares, retaining 92,922. Chief Commercial Officer Richard Simkin sells 42,449 and still has 208,875.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC - Oxford, England-based DNA and RNA sequencing - Three leaders buy just under 400,000 shares in total, mostly at £1.26, worth just under £500,000, following the release of 2023 results on Wednesday. Chair Duncan Tatton Brown buys 236,220 shares, Chief Executive Officer Gordon Sanghera buys 78,400, and Chief Financial Officer Nick Keher buys 77,975. Oxford Nanopore said its pretax loss was £149.8 million in 2023, widened from £83.4 million in 2022, as revenue fell by 15% to £169.7 million from £198.6 million.
