The FTSE 100 is flat in early trading on Monday on soft Chinese economic data and ahead of a key Brexit vote in the UK parliament later.

Drug maker Indivior (INDV) says a US court has granted a preliminary injunction against Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, preventing the sale of a generic version of the company’s opioid addiction treatment.

Shares in the firm, which have been battered amid several launches of generic versions of its flagship drug, rise 25.6% in relief to 365.7p.

As the restrictions of Indivior's previously entered temporary restraining order remain in place, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories would be unable to sell, offer to sell, or import its generic opioid addiction treatment.

Shares in John Laing Infrastructure Fund (JLIF) are up 17.7% to 139.1p as the confirms it is considering a possible 142.5p per share offer from a consortium backed by Dalmore Capital and Equitix Investment Management.

Under the terms of the deal, the consortium would also pay a dividend of up to 3.57p per share prior to closing of the transaction.

Other infrastructure funds were also in demand on the news with International Public Partnerships (INPP) and HICL Infrastructure (HICL) gaining 5.5% to 150.2p and 4.8% to 151.6p respectively.

Aerospace and defence firm Meggitt (MGGT) ticks up 0.9% to 562.1p secures a $21m five-year contract from the Defense Logistics Agency in Virginia to supply fuel cell equipment for the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter until 2022.

Meggitt is set to manufacture the UH-60 fuel cell equipment from its Rockmart facility. It is the start of a big week for the wider industry as the Farnborough Air Show gets underway.

Transport operator Go-Ahead (GOG) falls 8.2% to £14.04 as analysts at HSBC cut their recommendation on the group from ‘buy’ to ‘hold’ and slashes its price target from £20.30 to £17.

Department store Debenhams (DEB) falls 5.9% to 13.84p. A report in the Times revealed assurances it is still in a ‘healthy’ cash position despite insurers pulling back on the cover offered to the retailer’s suppliers.
