The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Wednesday.

The shipbroker expects revenue of no less than £101 million for the year ending February 28, at least up 20% from £84 million a year earlier. ‘The strong trading seen in the first half of the financial year has continued throughout the second half to date,’ Braemar says.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

----------

EnQuest PLC, down 2.9% at 20.25p, 12-month range 12.28p-27.40p. Says average output in 2021 falls to 44,415 barrels of oil equivalent per day, from 59,116 in 2020. For 2022, it expects average output between 44,000 and 51,000 boepd.

----------

BATM Advanced Communications Ltd, down 10% at 54.00p, 12-month range 0.58p-60.00p. The networking technology and medical lab systems firm says its nationality has been reassigned to Israel from the UK, under the latest FTSE Nationality Review of Companies published on Wednesday. BATM says it is ‘committed’ to ‘maintaining its membership of the FTSE UK Index Series’. It is in talks with FTSE Russell to extend its membership. BATM is also listed in Tel Aviv. ‘We are not the only company that has been denied this by virtue of our domicile and dual listing. A lack of pragmatism and blindness to the possibility of market disruption is fast becoming a deterrence for good foreign-domiciled companies to list on the London Stock Exchange, especially when other bourses do not have such draconian rules,’ BATM Chief Executive Zvi Marom says.
