The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Tuesday.

----------

AIM - WINNERS

----------

Brave Bison Group PLC, up 16% at 2.14 pence, 12-month range 1.5p-3.2p. The digital advertising and technology services company says trading in 2023 was better than market expectations. Expects net revenue to grow 23% to £20.8 million from £16.9 million in 2022. Adjusted pretax profit is expected to be no less than £3.6 million, a 38% increase from £2.6 million. Both of these would be better than market forecasts, Brave Bison says. ‘Our mission to become a market-leading digital advertising and technology services company has advanced notably with the acquisition of SocialChain and we are optimistic for further growth in 2024,’ Chair Oliver Green comments.

AIM - LOSERS

----------

Vast Resources PLC, down 19% at 0.107p, 12-month range 0.09p-1.07p. The mine development company with interests in Romania, Tajikistan and Zimbabwe raises £1.3 million in a placement of 1.23 billion shares at a price of 0.1025p, which is a 23% discount to Monday’s closing price of 0.1325p. Will use the funds to develop its operating Baita Plai mine in Romania, ‘specifically the development of the decline to access the higher-grade ore’.

----------

Great Western Mining Corp PLC, down 17% at 0.055p, 12-month range 0.03p-0.85p. The Nevada-focused gold, silver and copper explorer signs a new agreement with Crowne Point Gold & Silver LLC for cooperation in exploring the western part of the Huntoon Valley. The new agreement replaces a prior one back in 2016, which saw Great Western and Crowne Point drill a single hole, which intercepted both copper and gold. The firm has recently staked and registered a further 19 claims in the west Huntoon Valley, now holding 126 full and 12 fractional claims. Crowne Point owns patented land which is equivalent in area to six standard claims, and surrounded by Great Western claims. The deal will see Great Western being granted access to Crowne Point’s claims. Crowne Point will be assigned a 50% interest in nine of Great Western’s unpatented claims in return. ‘The flexibility to carry out initial drilling on private land, which will circumvent a potentially lengthy permitting process, will enable us to fast-track our work in defining what we consider may be a significant new copper porphyry in the Walker Lane trend of Nevada. We are actively seeking a joint venture partner to help finance this programme and currently working on several positive leads,’ says Chair Brian Hall.
