Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, up 5.1% at 8.42 pence, 12-month range 1.43p-12.82p. The natural resource project generator signs option agreement on Rizz project in Atlin, British Columbia with BCCo Ltd. To earn a 75% interest in the project, BBCo will spend an aggregate of C$750,000 over a three-year period in exploration expenditures on the property, Cloudbreak says.

On the Beach Group PLC, up 4.5% at 266.14p, 12-month range 198.40p-517.00p. The online travel agent says the Omicron variant heavily impaired sales in November, December and early January. However, it says group sales returned to pre-Covid levels in late January. On the Beach says it has experienced a significant strengthening of traffic and booking volumes since the reduction and subsequent removal of travel restrictions by the UK government in early and late January respectively.

Petra Diamonds Ltd, up 3.1% at 100.00p, 12-month range 45.00p-111.20p. The diamond miner closes sales for 80% volume of the fourth tender cycle in financial 2022. Petra sells 589,168 carats for $110.5 million, at an average price $188 per carat.

Henry Boot PLC, up 2.3% at 302.80p, 12-month range 262.00p-322.56p. The construction firm says Chair Jamie Boot plans to retire from his role and from the board on May 26, following the company’s annual general meeting. Non-Executive Director Peter Mawson, who has been a member of the board since 2015, will succeed Boot as chair.
