Chair Gordon Hurst buys 55,000 shares at £3.69, worth £202,785, on Friday. CEO Poppy Gustafsson had bought 29,496 shares, worth £99,254, on Wednesday. The executive team stepped in to buy after the stock fell by 20% in response to a newspaper report that highlighted the link between Darktrace’s strategy chief and software firm Autonomy, which is at the centre of accusations of fraud by Hewlett-Packard Co, which had bought Autonomy in 2011. Darktrace shares are up 11% on Friday.
