The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced this week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Avation PLC - Singapore-based passenger aircraft leasing firm - Executive Chair Robert Chatfield sells 300,000 shares at £1.25 each on Wednesday, for £375,000 in total. He had subscribed to those shares in a warrant exercise in March, Avation said. His direct and indirect holdings now amount to 12.2 million shares, just over 17% of the company.

CAB Payments Holdings PLC - cross-border payments and foreign exchange firm - Chief Risk Officer & Compliance Officer Christopher Green buys 83,449 shares for £50,223 in total, across two transactions on Wednesday. First, Green buys 41,623 shares at 59.97 pence each, before a second purchase of 41,826 shares at 60.39p each. CAB payments shares plunged 72% on October 24 after it said it now expects annual revenue to be ‘at least’ 20% ahead of the £109.4 million achieved in 2022. CAB however warned this is about ‘17% below previously issued guidance’.

Phoenix Group Holdings PLC - London-based savings and retirement business - Sara Thompson, the group human resources director, acquires 11,200 shares at 454.13 pence each on Tuesday, £50,863 in total. Thompson’s stake following the purchase was not stated.

Ceiba Investments Ltd - Investment firm dedicated to investing in Cuba, with interests in the commercial and tourism real estate sectors - Ursus Capital Ltd, which is associated with Non-Executive Director Colin Kingsnorth, buys 1.4 million shares at 29.5 pence on Monday, £413,000 in total. Kingsnorth’s stake following the purchase was not stated.

Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - Non-Executive Director Peter Dubens acquires 47,619 at 418 pence each on Tuesday, £199,047 in total. Dubens now has just shy of an 11% stake in Oakley Capital Investments. David Till, another director, purchases the same number of shares at the same price. Till now has a 0.7% stake.

Symphony International Holdings Ltd - Asia-focused investment company focusing on healthcare, hospitality, lifestyle, logistics and education sectors - Director Anil Thadani buys 332,573 shares across two transactions on Wednesday. In the first transaction, he acquires 300,000 shares at just under $0.50 each, $149,850 in total. In the second purchase, he acquires 32,573 shares at just shy of $0.49 each, $15,925 in total. The purchases totalled $165,775. Thadani’s stake following the transactions was not stated.
