STV Group PLC, down 3.8% at 192.38p, 12-month range 175.00p-315.00p. Shares in the television broadcaster and content producer fall in a negative read across after FTSE 250-listed ITV PLC reported muted top line growth amid a fall in advertising revenue. STV runs two ’channel 3’, broadcast television licences in the UK. The other licences are run by ITV PLC. ITV shares were down 6.4%.

EnQuest PLC, down 2.0% at 14.62p, 12-month range 13.37p-29.86p. The oil and gas producer with assets in the UK and Malaysia tracks Brent prices lower. A barrel of the North Sea benchmark bought $80.96 on Wednesday morning, lower than $82.55 at the time of the London equities close on Tuesday.
