Lamprell PLC - United Arab Emirates-based provider of oil field services - Requests the Financial Conduct Authority to suspend the listing of its shares. This followed the approval by its shareholders at its extraordinary general meeting.

Plus500 Ltd - Haifa, Israel-based online trading platform - Enters a major multi-year sponsorship deal with the Chicago Bulls to become an official global partner. The four-year partnership includes various marketing elements, community initiatives, social media content, and events, among other things.

Castillo Copper Ltd - Perth, Australia-based exploration company focused on copper across Australia and Zambia - Says the cobalt-focused drilling campaign is now underway at the east zone at its BHA project. The four-week campaign includes one diamond core and 17 reverse circulation drill-holes for 2,100 meters across four prospects.

‘This is an exciting time for Castillo Copper as drilling is now underway at our 100% owned BHA project’s east zone. The geology team have designed a comprehensive drilling campaign and the board is optimistic the strategic intent to increase the confidence and grade of the current MRE is achievable,’ Managing Director Dennis Jensen comments.

Public Policy Holding Co Inc - Washington, DC-based US government affairs business, admitted to AIM in December - Buys KP Public Affairs for a total of $35 million. Will pay an initial consideration of $11.4 million on completion. KP provides full-service lobbying, public affairs, and public relations consulting to corporate, non-profit, and US-government clients, in California.

Galileo Resources PLC - mining company focused on US and Africa - Says all conditions have been met in relation its acquisition of a 29% stake in BC Ventures Ltd. Issues 50.0 million shares at a price of 1.2 pence per share being the consideration shares due in relation to the share acquisition. Has an option to acquire a further 51% interest through the company spending $1.5 million on exploration and evaluation of the projects by January 2024.

Oriole Resources PLC - gold exploration company focused on Cameroon and Senegal - Receives a two-year licence extension for its 90%-owned Bibemi orogenic gold project in Cameroon. The non-renewable extension is valid until September 26, 2024. ‘We are pleased to have received this two-year extension for Bibemi. Having only started drilling at the project a year and a half ago, we have been able to move quickly to test our priority targets and look forward to reporting a JORC Exploration Target shortly,’ Chief Executive Tim Livesey says.

Futura Medical PLC - Surrey-based pharmaceutical company - Completion all of the work for the FDA to grant marketing authorisation for MED3000, a topical gel formulation for erectile dysfunction. Remains confident of being granted marketing authorisation by the FDA by the end of the first quarter of 2023, in line with previously announced timelines.

Panthera Resources PLC - Africa and India-focused gold miner - Plans to raise £500,000 via a placing and subscription at an issue price of 5 pence per share. Allenby Capital Ltd is acting as broker for the equity capital fundraise. Plans to use the proceeds for working capital commitments.
