George Tkhelidze, also deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 11,355 shares at the same price on Wednesday, worth £249,810.

On The Beach Group PLC - Manchester-based online retailer of beach holidays - Founder & CEO Simon Cooper buys 288,587 shares via Hawksford Trustees Jersey Ltd at 117.91p, worth £340,273, on Tuesday last week. Now has 9.7 million shares, a 5.8% stake. Earlier this month, On The Beach said CFO Shaun Morton will replace Cooper as CEO within the next 12 months.

Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, England-based owner of Sports Direct, Frasers and Flannels retail chains - Founder Mike Ashley sells a put option over 200,000 shares with a strike price of 900 pence, worth £1.8 million, on December 9. The put option, which gives Ashley the right to sell Frasers shares at that price, expires in September of next year. On December 8, Ashley had bought a spread bet on 100,000 shares at 815.23 pence per share, worth £815,233, and sold a put option over 300,000 shares at strike price of 900p, worth £2.7 million, also expiring in September 2023. Frasers shares currently are priced at 735.00p.
